Why the Doctor Doesnt Vacation

So this is for the Doctor Who crossover with a sci-fi / fantasy show contest hosted by .
I (obviously) chose Lost. Hopefully theres SOMEONE out there who watches both shows and gets the jokes. For those that dont watch Lost, all you really need to do is watch the first 37 seconds of this : [link] . Those 37 seconds make me sooo happy.

-Funny little things: The four toed statue is a weeping angel.
-The doctor has his 3d glasses (upgraded from the paper variety)
-The doctor is drinking Dharma beer
-On the tree is a heart and "Juliet + Ben", with Juliet's name scratched out.
-The number 42 is also shown on the tree, the only number both shows have in common. 42 is a doctor who episode in series 3 (a terrible one) and the Lost number sequence is 4 8 15 16 23 42. Plus its my favorite number, the answer to life the universe and everything.
-The ham Ben's holding has cloves or something on the top (same as in the clip) and theyre in the shape of a heart.

I was going to include more stuff like Smokie but it didnt work at all compositionally.

This took me 30+ hours... its a HUGE file. I think I worked 4000x2500 at 300 dpi or something ridiculous. It almost crashed my computer. Ive never worked so hard on fanart in my life.
